Join us on Sunday, August 10th, for another Sound Bath - but in the morning!
Led by Elly Archer, this immersive sound experience blends crystal bowls and elemental tones to calm the nervous system and open the heart.
We begin at 8:00AM in our Suburban Nature Bubble in Broken Arrow.
Bring a chair, blanket, or mat, and preferred form of hydration. (Shall we make coffee?) Kids are welcome to participate or play at the nearby playground!
This is a fun way to beat the heat and reset before Monday!
